✅ Investor Onboarding Checklist

This checklist ensures that prospective investors are fully prepared to participate in our Regulation CF raise and understand the tokenized structure of the investment.

🔒 Identity Verification (KYC/AML)

All investors must pass Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification:

[ ] Submit government-issued photo ID
[ ] Provide proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
[ ] Verify phone number and email
[ ] Complete AML background check
[ ] Accreditation status (if applicable, for future Reg A/D)

📃 Offering Documents

Before investing, you must read and acknowledge the following:

[ ] Subscription Agreement and smart contract preview
[ ] FAQs and Token Overview documents

🪙 Wallet + Token Compatibility

Investors must have a compatible crypto wallet to receive REGCFToken and/or BFTKN:

[ ] Ethereum-compatible wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect)
[ ] Wallet address added to allowlist after KYC approval
[ ] Wallet confirmed during subscription process

We recommend using a desktop wallet during onboarding.

💸 Payment & Subscription Process

To finalize your investment:

[ ] Connect wallet during funding portal checkout
[ ] Input investment amount (subject to SEC & portal limits)
[ ] Complete payment via ACH, debit card, or crypto (if supported)
[ ] Await confirmation of escrow receipt and token issuance

📦 Post-Investment Logistics

[ ] REGCFToken issued after escrow closes and KYC verified
[ ] Token non-transferable for 12 months (per Reg CF)
[ ] Investor account available via KoreConX for cap table access
[ ] Additional investor perks announced via email + dashboard
